“This place is a gem, and will soon be impossible to get into. Daniel and Bouchra are fantastic hosts, very welcoming, warm, professional and just plain awesome. Staying on a tug boat was entertaining enough, but they have maintained and decorated it to create a friendly and homey space. Spending the evening drinking wine and chatting with Dan, Bouchra and all the other guests make the trip truly memorable. Breakfast here isn’t a typical B&B meal. This days meal was filled with locally made bread and jams, free range egg omelet and fresh fruit that had the entire table cleaning their plates. And I’m told every morning is a different meal. ”

First their family is awesome, second they are great hosts, third the food is excellent, fourth the tug is a unique experience and fifth no matter what the weather is, you will have a cozy experience! We had the pleasure of experiencing the official start of Bouchra’s Citizenship. Add a Zumba class and introduction to some very cool Pt. Alberni citizens...it was a win win win! Don’t miss this unique experience!”

“This must be the best spot in Port Alberni! The tugboat has everything you could want in an air b&b - wonderful hosts, comfortable beds, amazing food and great location. What more could you ask for?! Bouchra made the most delicious breakfast we’ve had at a b&b. If you get a chance to have an evening meal there, then definitely do. Lots to do nearby- Tofino was completely doable as a day trip too. We saw a black bear a few minutes away from the boat! Dan and Bouchra really involved us when we were there, inviting us to football with them and having dinner and drinks with us. It was great fun and very homely. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“We loved this place! We booked on a whim as a stopover en route to Tofino and had such a fantastic time. Daniel and Boudra invited us to join everyone for dinner when we arrived, We were sitting on their deck with a great bunch of guests, as the sun set, enjoying drinks and the most delicious Moroccan food. The rooms are really comfortable, the communal areas include an upper deck with a hammock and comfy chairs, as well as a lower deck for eating, plus a comfy sitting area indoors. The breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommended!”
